Speaking of rain: Skipped the ride tonight, it was just to wet and cold. Going down to Porters for dinner in a few minutes, probably see Larry there.

Wait till those rhodos bloom!
You don't look so gutty.
To help in thatt area (like I did it!) stop all wheat for a while.
Get rice based pasta, bread, crackers & cereal or Quinoa or oat (with no wheat flour)
It's glutein.
Although I tested negative to glutein intolerance, my gut feels better & loses the bloating.
Also drink 3 8 oz cups /glasses of green tea with ginseng & catolchin (sp?) Salada puts out such a teabag with orange rind that tastes very good.Your metabolism will improve.
Also if you can tolerate flaxseed (allergy wise) get milled flaxseed and use 3 tbsp/day on cereal, in shakes or on salads.
Good oils & very heart healthy.

Actually, the problem was hanging out with 6 dudes, eating burgers/Mexican/lard & wshing it all down with oceans of beer every night -- you know, vacation. Soon as I was out of that situation, my weight dropped back to normal.

Thanks for the pics, Don. Looking at them, I keep wondering how you guys manage not to get poison ivy (or some other kind of poison)......or do you do something to protect yourselves?

Was the stream you guys were bathing in ice cold? None of you look like you were shivering, but the "feel" of the photo looked cold.

That water was FREEZING! We did not spend much time in it at all, just enough to get the dirt off.
