I'm an uncle again: (my brother Kevin's wife) Amy delivered Kevin Jr on Friday. A little premature, so there are some complications apparently, but it sounds like things will be OK. That's all for now, going out to see the storm/flood damage. Downtown is under water right now -- again. Nothing at all to do with overdevelopment I'm sure...
