Vacation!

I'm at home right now, waiting to go pick up my car from its oil change. Yesterday I slept in, then ran -- in daylight! -- and rode the towpath (ditto daylight) before going out to do some Christmas shopping. Today is more shopping when the car is ready, to be followed by a trip to the gym. Tonight, third night in a row, is Which Brew. Ahhhh, life is good...

Meantime, I'm playing with the computer.

Sadly, No! A site you should read every day, otherwise you'll miss gems like this, and this. Speaking of "whoops," check this out. I spend a lot of time biting my tongue, to keep from saying "told you so" to a lot of people, but some people I feel deserve at least that much, and a hearty "now that you've done your part to wreck this country and kill thousands, maybe you should STFU now -- and if you weren't such a shit you'd have already hung yourself in shame." But I'm not bitter.

Sun's out, think I'll go for a road ride.

You're not bitter? I am! And there ARE those times when I do say "told ya so." I just don't get the chance to say it as much as I'd like. There are neighbors who told me I voted for the wrong person in the last presidential election (like his FIRST term didn't teach them a damn thing). You have no idea what I'd like to say to them. And then there are those who still refuse to believe the moron in charge can do anything wrong. Little did I know I would one day be faced with the fact that there are so many idiots in this country......more than I ever would have thought possible. I do resent them. I resent their supporting the end of the America I knew. I also resent the fact that they're too stupid even to realize what they're doing. And I do wish they'd STFU!!!!!!

Merry Christmas!

You're still anonymous, Toni!

OK, obviously I'm doing this all wrong. I'm not a "google/blogger" and don't wish to be "anonymous," so I'll try clicking on "other" and hope that my name shows up on top, just the way yours does.

Aha! Success! I'm now officially an "Other." Typing my name in the NAME box didn't hurt either. LOL

Do give your family my best wishes for the holiday season when you see them. The same goes for you. I'm wishing for better things in 2007 because 2006 really sucked.

PS Hanging with Doug tonight, at the VMB Christmas party. Leaving in a few minutes.
