OK, weight's trending the wrong way, my life seems out of control, and my skin feel like it's on fire...

Don said...: No it was probably Sunday's dinner, plus a few days of not eating right, preceded by a few weeks of notworrying about my eating...
Heat may have been a culprit, or maybe allergies/contact dermatitis, but I have a nasty rash on my lower back right now and all my skin itches. I am bathing instead of showering for a while, that usually helps.; June 17, 2008 at 2:00:00 PM EDT
