Tuesday Morning Coming Down
Morning weigh-in: 169#, 10.5% BF
Excellent night at Which Brew last night: cheeseburger, some company, and a good mug of beer or two. Quiet night, and an early one (laundry) but fun, which is good because now I'll be buckling down, trying to deal with that weight. Ended on a high note but I have had my party, as the saying goes -- I've gone out, in some form or other, the past five days, and it shows. Oh well, Candlemas is the time for re-dedications...
Tonight is the gym, then the last of that pot roast, photos of which I've posted by the way, along with a few others. Enjoy!

I enjoyed all the pics. Your pot roast looked delicious!
Don't know how you guys can stand being out in the cold so long your face feels like it's gonna crack. Is there nothing you can wear to keep your face warm?
That dirt jump looks like a grave. Are you sure no one's buried there? Maybe I've been watching too much TV. :-)
Thanks, I'm glad you liked them! And oh yes, that pot roast was delicious.
That dirt pile is pretty standard kid stuff in the woods, and probably gets dug up & rebuilt on a regular basis -- nothing would stay hidden there for long, even buried. If I were to get rid of a body I'd probably just dump it in that other area by the jail.
(By the way, I can't speak for the other guys, but I definitely do have a "winter look" going on right now. My face aint' likely to fal off, but it is showing signs of cracking...)
