"The Daily Spew" is just a place where I can leave news for friends and family. It's probably boring even for them; your mileage may vary but you *have* been warned...
My friend Brian took a photo of me at the Mahlon ride. Do I look a little like I should be worried about my Lucky Charms?
In the time of leprechauns, A wizard, noble, sprang!
So wassap? Nuttin', honey.
(I cannot tell a lie, I stole those lines from alicublog, who got them here.)

The pix were fun........and, ahem, how did you manage to stay so trim over the holidays? Did you have the willpower not to partake of all the goodies? I wish I hadn't.
You'll notice that I haven't been posting my weights... 184 lbs before the holidays, 184 after, 186 this morning -- I wouldn't say I stayed trim exactly.
My holiday schedule: get up, breakfast at coffee shop, ride, bathe, at-home yoga, then dinner/drinks at Which Brew, if it weren't for the bike I'd be a moose.
Well, you certainly look svelte in the photo. I'm trying to talk hubby into getting a treadmill. We have a NordicTrak ski machine right now; but I don't wanna ski....I wanna walk. I don't want to invest thousands, but I'd like one that's fairly decent.....one that doesn't have rails that don't allow me to swing my arms. The last treadmill we had made me feel so confined. I hope to become disciplined enough to use it every day, which would really be a miracle for me.
Gaaa! I can't stand those things, way to boring. Get yourself some nice sneakers and walk around the neighborhood -- you've already paid for the road, and the fresh outdoor air is better for you.
You sound just like Joe. That's exactly what he said. My response was it's too hot in the summer (and since the basal cell carcinoma, I have to be very careful in the sun) and too cold in the winter; but, most of all, I thoroughly dislike walking alone. I'd rather watch tv while I walk on a treadmill.
