Just checking in, recording my weight. Did yoga last night, feeling good again about the Monday night (beginner) class since it hit on a lot of stuff I didn't know. After yoga was dinner, leftover Bavarian pork chops and a salad, then I read & played on the computer until bedtime. Tonight will be similar: yoga, then dinner, but then I'll do a singlespeed "standing sprints" workout; hopefully it'll be snowy and fun out, rather than rainy and crappy. That is all.

Hi Don
Long time no write!
Glad to see you're keeping up with yoga.
Have to try your pork chop recipe in my new crock pot- sounds delicious.
Check e-mail.
I hope the road conditions aren't too icey for you.
Take it slow!
Will check in tomorrow.
Once again, I enjoyed the photos; but where is Sourland Park? I never heard of it. Doug and Lori have never mentioned it to us.
BTW, have you heard there are now five men who could possibly be the father of ANS's daughter? You already know the two fighting in the paternity suit......add the deceased old guy to the list (ANS's sister claims ANS had the old guy's procreation fluid frozen to ensure her share of his fortune); then there's Zsa Zsa's loony husband, who claims he and ANS had a 10-yr. affair (and has stated there are 20 to 30 guys who could be the father); and now her body guard has come forward to tell of his affair with ANS and has stated she wanted him to be the father of her children. He's stated she didn't die from drugs but was having seizures. I'll buy that! She seized every opportunity that came along!
It's beginning to sound like her list of whom she didn't sleep with is much shorter than the did -sleep-with list.
My, my, my.......so many men....so little time. MEN-y will remember her fondly.
Sourland: It's a fairly small (maybe an hour's worth of riding) park near Belle Meade, my friend Joe used to work near there. It has a reputation among NJ'ers for tough technical riding, but like I said it's not big, certainly not big enough to justify long road trips.
Anna Nicole: The Matrix has you, Toni!
Yeah! Not that that's a bad thing. LOL
